Business Saver from Vispa offers Advanced broadband as standard, business telephone line and 500 minutes of free UK calls to 01,02,03 and 0845/0870 numbers. It's cheaper than BT and our minimum contract is 12 months (not 24). Transferring is simple, it's completely seamless and you will retain your telephone number. We'll also give you a free Voice over IP channel with number to enable you to make use of a second line.

What are the advantages of Business Broadband?

Unlike residential Broadband, advanced business ADSL offers enhanced stability, speed and fault response times which are vital to any business that relies upon the use of the Internet. From your computer though to your business connection being delivered into our network and on to the open internet, it's given full priority.

Business Telephone Lines from Vispa

Vispa has been a wholesale customer of BTOpenreach for over eleven years therefore we are able to offer an outstanding quality of service that is based on the BTOpenreach network. By transferring your business line to Vispa, technically you are not leaving BTOpenreach as the change is simply a matter of billing. The transfer is completely seamless. You will receive a final bill from your current supplier and we'll let you know what day the transfer will complete. You also keep your telephone number.

I need a new line installing, how much?

We can instruct BTOpenreach to visit your premises within 7 days (if not quicker) to install a brand new line 7 box for £82.50 + VAT. We recommend speaking to our sales team after placing your order to book a BTOpenreach appointment slot.

How fast will my broadband go?

As with all Broadband services, speed depends on a variety of factors such as distance from the exchange, telephone line quality, internal wiring and choice of router. Our availability checker will give you a good idea on what speed your line is capable of achieving.

How does usage work?

Our peak hours are between 08:00 and 23:59 and any data uploaded or downloaded during these times will count towards your monthly usage allowance. Any additional usage during peak times will incur a £0.84p (ex. VAT) per Gb charge. Outside of peak hours (midnight to 07:59) usage is unlimited. You can keep track of your usage by logging into your My Account area where you will find extensive daily statistics and usage graphs. We also send a weekly usage statement to your email address just to keep you informed. Any additional usage is calculated and charged on your following month's bill. If you are regularly exceeding your monthly usage allowance you may upgrade your package at any time.

Freephone UK Priority Support

We won't bill you for any calls made to our 0844 979 8888 number and we'll treat your calls and emails with a higher priority. Should anything go wrong, you're in good hands.

How long is the contract period for?

Our contract term on Business Saver is twelve months. This is standard on all phone line services.

Will my modem or router support ADSL+ & ADSL2+?

Almost all routers purchased within the last two years will support ADSL2+ however we do recommend that you double check on the manufacturer's website. If you are in doubt, please contact our support team who will be happy to find the information for you. Vispa currently recommend Thomson and Netgear routers which are available to purchase at a discounted rate upon ordering.

I am already a Vispa Broadband customer. Can I upgrade?

Existing customers may upgrade to any of our tariffs however there is a one off £12.77 charge which covers any line re-grade that may be required. This fee may be waived if you agree to be placed on a three month contract.

My line is not with BT and is with an LLU operator.

Should you wish to join Vispa and your telephone line isn't on the BT network, there is a one-off charge of £34.03 (ex. VAT) to transfer your line back to BT's network.

What is VispaTalk and how does it work?

VispaTalk is a 'phone call over broadband' service from Vispa. You can either use our free VispaTalk PC software with a simple headset, your own VOIP phone or purchase one from www.vispashop.com. We recommend the Siemnens Gigaset Cordless Dect & VOIP phone! The advantage of VispaTalk is that telephone calls are far cheaper when made over your broadband. Local and National calls are from as little as 1p & international also starting at 1p.

Cease charges explained...

A cease charge of £24.74 (ex. VAT) will apply if you either cancel your broadband service (where BT stops broadband), cancel your phone line, or move ISP without using a migration authority code (MAC code). This charge is simply the opposite to the broadband activation charge but should you decide to move ISP, use the MAC key!
